4 Month Old Cupcake!

Kinsley Grace is 4 months old today. My little cupcake is growing so fast. Every day seems like she is learning something new. She has now figured out how to grab a hold of her feet and she wants them every chance she gets. This morning when I got out of the shower, Kinsley had woken up and kicked off her blanket and was playing with her feet. She was just as happy as could be. When I called to check on her at lunch today, My mom told me she was having a great day and had been super sweet all morning. She was playing in her excersaucer and noticed herself in the little toy mirror. She started smiling and cooing at herself as she was staring at the mirror. Such a little diva already!!! We are going to the doctor next Wednesday for her check up and she will be getting her vaccinations. Daddy isn’t going so mommy gets to be the bad guy! And the good guy because I get to console her afterwards. We will get to have a mommy/daughter day so that is pretty exciting and will hopefully make her forget the traumatic experince at the doctor!

Where Kinsley is at developmentally:

Eats 4 oz bottles every 3 hours

Eats a tablespoon of Cereal and stage 1 fruits once a day

Sleeps thru the night 9pm-6am

Still naps thru out the day any where from 2-6 hours

Rolls over from Tummy to back

Can roll back to tummy but doesn’t do it to often

Coos and talks

Smiles and squeals

Has giggled a few times

Loves to stand when you hold her up on your lap

Can sit alone for just a few seconds

Grabs Toys (Within reach)

Tries to suck her thumb but I always pull her hand away from her

She responds to loud noises, if she hears something she will turn her head and look in the direction the noise came from

She loves to watch "Finding Nemo"

She tries to pucker her lips when I say "mommy kisses"

She definitely knows Mommy and Daddy's voices

And so much more!! She is getting such a personality and we love watching her grow every single day.

This beautiful little girl has so much of mine and Jody's personalities it’s crazy. She can be very shy like her Daddy and then very loud and vocal like her mommy. She is such a joy in our lives and completes our family.

A year ago today I found out I was pregnant. Its crazy how much your life can change in just 12 months.

Its hard to imagine how life was before we had Kinsley now we cant picture our lives with out her!
